  67. There are now 21 buttons per section (5 sections) for a total of 105 buttons that you
  68. can configure. And, the number of buttons in the Windows section increased from 18 
  69. to 21 with an option to check and use either Windows 3.1 applets OR Windows 95 applets
  70. depending on which operating system you are currently using.

  72. If you double-click a file in the File Utilities section, it will now open with its
  73. associated program.

  76. You can now double-click a file from the File Search list to open it or the program associated
  77. with that file type. It is recommended that the Filecab directory be placed in your path (or the 
  78. Filecab.exe be placed in a directory in your path) for this to work properly.

  83. To run YOUR FILE CABINET you will need the VBRUN300.DLL Visual Basic runtime
  84. file (found on most BBS's) in your Windows or Windows/System directory
  85. (as long as this is in your path statement). Then add a new program
  86. item to one of your groups (File*New*OK, etc.) using the icon with
  87. YOUR FILE CABINET. I don't know if this will run in Windows 3.0 but it should.

  91.  1. filecab.exe - to be placed in any directory (you may want this in
  92.     your start-up group also).

  112.  These files need to be placed in your Windows directory (or Windows\System
  113.  if in your path) if you don't already have them. (Please make sure this is
  114.  the most recent version).

  119.  These  will be created in the same directory as the main filecab.exe file.
  120.  Once you have added your programs to the buttons, the file information will
  121.  be saved in the filecab.dat file. Any tab settings and filecab settings will be listed
  122.  in the filecab.ini file. The filecab.hlp file should be placed here.

  124.  5. Several Windows *.ICO files are included which need to be in the same directory as 
  125. the main file, FILECAB.EXE.

  128. To run YOUR FILE CABINET, double-click on its icon and it will open to the
  129. main title folder. Run Setup (on the menu bar) to make various title and
  130. name changes as well as tab and folder changes.

  133. few instructions when you click various areas with your right mouse button.

  137. PLEASE NOTE, WHEN ADDING YOUR PROGRAMS/APPLICATIONS TO THE BUTTONS, YOUR
  138. VIDEO COLORS SHOULD BE NO HIGHER THAN 256. ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS,
  139. YOU MAY CHANGE TO A HIGHER COLOR (32K, 64K ETC.).

  141. The status bar at the bottom of YOUR FILE CABINET will show what the various
  142. buttons are that the mouse cursor is above. When it is above one of the application
  143. buttons, it will show the path of the file that is added to that button.
